Lake Michigan In-Water Boat Show Plans Expanded Show
Published: Monday, May 11, 2020
The Lake Michigan In-Water Boat Show is back June 12-14, 2020 with expanded offerings as the show looks to build on the success of its inaugural 2019 show. Started in 2019 and hosted at Manitowoc Marina, the Lake Michigan In-Water Boat Show is a direct response to the expressed desire by customers to make their purchasing decisions after being able to see boats in the water and go out on a sea-trial. These are two things that can be quite difficult in the traditional Midwest winter boat show format!
The show saw great success in 2019 with several founding dealers that included Manitowoc Marina, Beacon Marine, Nestegg Marine, Twin Cities Marine, and Trawlers Midwest.
In 2020, the show continues to grow with the introduction of Starcraft Fishing Boats and Axopar Boats. Starcraft and Axopar join the already impressive lineup of on-display boats that include Boston Whaler, Cobalt, Grady White, Cutwater, Hobie, and X-Yachts. Spanning sail and power, the 2020 Lake Michigan In-Water Boat Show will also feature the 2020 European Yacht of the Year: the X-Yachts X40°.
Also new in 2020, the show will feature a VIP reception night for qualified buyers, allowing for an intimate setting to see on-display boats without the crowds complete with live music and refreshments. Interested buyers should contact their exhibiting dealer for more information.
The Lake Michigan In-Water Boat Show is quickly becoming Lake Michigan’s premier in-water boat show, and all are welcome to attend. Admission is free, and more information can be found at www.lakemichiganboatshow.com.
