Everglades Boats recognized with 2020 Customer Satisfaction Index Award

For the third year in a row, Everglades Boats was recognized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) as a recipient of the Customer Satisfaction Index Award at the 2020 Miami International Boat Show. Recipients are acknowledged for placing a continued emphasis on customer satisfaction through actively measuring customer happiness and consistently improving the customer experience.
Buyers who purchased a new Everglades boat between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 were asked to provide information about their experience with the brand. More than 90% of Everglades Boats customers reported the manufacturer to meet an independently measured standard of excellence during their purchase experience. Any manufacturer who wishes to be eligible for the Customer Satisfaction Index Award must survey all new boat buyers during the year.
More than 150,000 customers were surveyed across 14 categories to identify the 62 winners. Everglades Boats was identified as one of the best Fiberglass Outboard Boat Manufacturers for their customer buying experience. “Everglades is honored to be counted among this group of customer-focused manufacturers year after year,” said Everglades Boats COO, Ben Cast. “Our customers drive everything we do – from build to delivery – it’s encouraging to see those efforts recognized.”
