Enjoy More Shade, Aft To Bow

A properly shaded boat adds so much to the overall boating experience; by improving sun protection and comfort, you can more thoroughly enjoy additional time on your boat.

Unfortunately, many new boat designs lack a real shade solution for sun protection beyond the helm to fully enjoy open cockpits and bow seating areas. Add-on shade solutions typically involve temporary pole-mounted, canopy-like shades draped over the bow or cockpit that are as aesthetically unappealing as they are burdensome for a boater. With each use, boaters are faced with the inconvenience of the unwelcomed chore of set-up, wrestling canvas and poles under the hot sun.

SureShade, the U.S. manufacturer of patented retractable boat shade systems, has developed the industry leading solution to a permanent, seamless system for aft or bow shade. With a variety of automated and manual shade models, their patented shade systems are available for every boat size and style.

Featuring marine-grade components, SureShade’s self-supported, telescoping framework becomes a seamless extension of a boat’s hardtop, arch, tower, or T-top. Boaters can install SureShade’s new pull-out boat shades on smaller boats, or opt for their ATF automated shade, which is now available with SG silent glide technology for 85% less noise and 80% less power consumption than ever before.

Their newest stainless steel MTX pull-out boat shade extends 6-9 ft. and is ideal as forward and/or aft shade for center console and dual console boats. An anodized aluminum model, RTX, extends 4.5 ft. and is ideal for boats under 27 feet. Both can easily be installed aft or bow using universal mounting brackets and extend for more shade in seconds.

Boaters can now choose SureShade as a factory option or standard feature on over 150 different new boat models, or upgrade an existing boat with available aftermarket and DIY install options.
