US Sailing Seeking Presentation Proposals for NSPS 2022

Published: Friday, July 16, 2021

US Sailing is seeking presenters to engage, educate and facilitate productive conversations for NSPS 2022, hosted at The Desoto Savannah. A year after sailing organizations were forced to rethink and redefine their operations, mission, and values, NSPS is more important than ever.

NSPS is the premier event for sailing education in the United States. With the support of our presenters, NSPS creates a community of learning and networking that will help sailing organizations across the country improve the quality of their programming. Our focus is on building better leaders through collaboration, growing diversity and inclusion in the sport, while inspiring others.

The goal of NSPS is to provide practical and useful information for improving businesses as well as personal and professional development strategies. Concrete ideas that NSPS participants can take back to their organization and implement are valued. Overall, topics should focus on sailing education, growing the sport, and sustaining the business of sailing organizations.

All proposals are due to US Sailing by August 1, 2021.

Proposals will be selected based on relevance to industry trends and overall interest on the topic, as well as the level of expertise and experience of the presenter. US Sailing reserves the right to make recommendations for revisions of content within the proposals prior to acceptance. All those who submit a proposal will receive a response from US Sailing staff by September 15, 2021.
