A luxurious oasis with over $1.2 billion of superyachts and luxury products awaits in downtown West Palm Beach for the 35th annual Palm Beach International Boat Show. The marquee event, which is set to take place beginning on Thursday, March 25th through Sunday, March 28th along Flagler Drive, invites guests to retreat for an all-inclusive wine-and-dine adventure at the Windward VIP Club, which will feature a premiere culinary experience, live entertainment, and full cocktail bars, all with views of megayachts and the splendor of Palm Beach.
Chief among the yachts on display will be the $66 million, 238-foot superyacht Quantum of Solace, inspired in name and sleekness by the eponymous James Bond film. For visitors of the boat show, however, being part of the 007 ranks will not be a prerequisite to experience this phenomenon in person.
For followers and newcomers alike, the Quantum of Solace superyacht – which was launched in 2012 by Turquoise Yachts and designed by H2 Yacht Design – epitomizes the essence of luxury and exclusivity. The superyacht’s sleekness is matched with an owner’s stateroom that includes opulent dressing rooms, a his and her bathroom, and a balcony on each side to offer majestic views of the open seas. Additionally, the Quantum of Solace has six staterooms on the main deck, and all offer walk in closets and timeless furnishings. As guests move to the lower deck, the superyacht has a full beam spa and beach club area, including a fold down door that allows easy access to the water. Enviable features include a steam room, chromotherapy jacuzzi pool, and a massage therapy room.
This year’s show will also feature the global debut of the new Princess X95 as well as the North American debut of the Princess F45 from Princess Yachts. The Princess X95, which is characterized by beautifully sculpted surfaces and long flowing lines, models the new design language for this class of luxury yachts. The X95 has the range for far-reaching, adventurous voyages, and is equipped with luxurious spaces such as a fully enclosed and climate-controlled Sky Lounge, and a lower deck with a full beam master stateroom, complemented by a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
For fans of small, flybridge yachts, the Princess F45 will be the perfect companion as it delivers unparalleled space, quality and flexibility for the ultimate on-water adventure. At the touch of a button, the F45’s unique, electrically sliding seating arrangement extends the length of the cockpit area to deliver unrivalled main deck space. Together with its elegant full-length hull windows, beautifully resolved surfacing, and unusual design detail, guests of the Palm Beach Boat Show will not want to miss out on this top-of-the line yacht.
In addition to the Quantum of Solace and the Princess X95 and F45, guests will have the opportunity to get a first look at the Sirena 88, which will be making its world premiere at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
