RECIPES: Coffee and Cucumbers!

CAPTAIN’S CUCUMBER BITES
Stock your galley with:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 container of your favorite hummus
- 1 cup of freshly chopped chives
- 1 fresh lemon
Instructions:
Wash cucumber and cut into 1/4 inch slices; you should get about 20 slices or so. Lay cucumber slices flat on a serving platter and top each one with a tbsp of hummus. Dice up fresh chives and sprinkle over the hummus-topped cucumbers. To finish them off, squeeze half a lemon over the top and serve. It’s very fresh and easy!
SHOAL MARKER COFFEE (coffee on the rocks)
Stock your galley with:
- 5oz of your favorite coffee
- 1oz creme de cacao
- 1oz vanilla schnapps
- 1oz half and half (or milk)
Instructions:
In a shaker filled with ice, pour fresh coffee, creme de cacao, vanilla schnapps, and the half and half (or milk). Shake and pour over ice in a high ball (tall) glass.
