Lake St. Clair’s Family-Friendly Clinton River Boat Club

The Clinton River Boat Club is a family friendly club on Lake St. Clair, located on a private 14-acre island on the Middle Channel, near the southernmost part of Harsens Island.
The Club was founded back in 1940 by a group of like-minded boaters who enjoyed the boating lifestyle and socializing with others of the same mindset. That tradition continues today!
The club offers its members many amenities including expansive docking areas, picnic tables, grills, a clubhouse with full kitchen and serving capabilities, tennis courts, men’s and lady’s restroom and shower facilities, a gazebo, fire pits, deck entertainment areas, basketball, swimming, small boat dockage, and many other unique island amenities are available throughout the season.
During the boating season, there is a full entertainment schedule of fun, social activities that members and their families and guests can participate in. The Clinton River Boat Club is not a “working club.” Rather, they are a “volunteer club,” meaning that they encourage their members to get involved in activities that add to the richness of the club experience—and thus to the members’ experiences which create lifelong memories and friendships!
The Club’s initiation and dues structure is quite simple and affordable. Details are provided upon request along with information on the membership request process.
