Erie Marine of Marblehead Expands Products, Retail, Location

A new location! New product lines! New retail dock shop! Now located in Marblehead, Ohio, Erie Marine Boats, Lifts and Docks continues to expand to serve their customers.
The new location has a large indoor showroom, a parts and retail dock shop, and a larger service department.
“We have customers that want choices when it comes to making an investment in a boat, a dock, or a boat lift,” said owner, Bert Ammerman. “We had to diversify our offerings.” So in 2020, they added two new boat lines: Highfield and Walker Bay.
Highfield’s aluminum hulls are dry-riding, very seaworthy, and always over-built. Their reputation for durability is now world-renowned. The heavy-duty approach to design and build allows owners to have the confidence needed to go that extra mile and to tackle conditions avoided by many others, especially on the Great Lakes!
For over 24 years, Walker Bay has been designing and building some of the most innovative, versatile, and enjoyable boats on the market. It is their mission—just like at Erie Marine—to provide customers with smart, simple, user-friendly solutions so they can fully enjoy being out on the water.
Erie Marine also added Summit Marine boat lifts to their line of products in 2020. For 29 years, Summit Marine has designed and manufactured hydraulic boat lifts and this partnership will provide the best of options for all customers. Erie Marine continues to offer Hi-Tide Elevator Lifts, Wave Armor floating docks, and Wave Ports. Additionally, Erie Marine teamed up with Metal Craft Docks as an authorized retailer and installer.
Finally, the Dock Shop features HO Water Sports gear, inflatable boat parts and accessories, marine audio, nautical apparel, paddleboards, kayaks, and inflatable docks! Daily and weekly rentals of paddleboards and kayaks are available in season at the Dock Shop.
