First, we need to digitally capture your boat and we come to you for this. We’re 100% mobile and work around your busy schedule. Our state of the art equipment allows us to capture every detail and our clear communication ensures you get exactly what you want.

Next, we design your custom SeaDek. This is where your vision begins to take shape. With the most experience in the industry, our CAD team has the ability to make your project come to life.

After you approve the design, we move on to fabrication. Every morning begins with cleaning and recalibrating our CNC tools, allowing us to make the cleanest cuts on the market. Once your material has been machined, it passes through multiple quality control checkpoints.

The last step is installation. A Castaway Customs technician begins by cleaning your boat to make sure it is free from any oils and debris. Once the surface is ready, we meticulously check fitment and accuracy before the final application of the pad.
