All of Eldean Shipyard’s Boat Storage Buildings are Powered by the Sun!

Eldean Shipyard recently activated its 3rd and 4th solar installations to generate electricity on-site at the marina! The 4 total solar arrays produce the majority of electricity for all 5 of Eldean Shipyard’s heated storage buildings.
These systems require significant up-front costs, but over-time, the systems pay for themselves and eventually the solar arrays provide free & clean electricity!
As a marina and resort, Eldean Shipyard depends on a healthy environment for its continued success. The solar arrays further their mission as a Certified Clean Marina so that future generations can enjoy fishing and boating in Michigan’s amazing fresh water lakes. Boaters can expect an elevated level of environmental awareness and responsibility when choosing a certified Michigan Clean Marina!
