Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products and services offered by Kyle Media, Inc. and its subsidiaries or affiliated companies such as Great Lakes Scuttlebutt and At The Boat Show.

Emails

By signing up to receive emails, you are providing us permission to email you the information that you request to receive (the options you select).  Your email address is not shared, sold, or traded to any outside parties unless noted otherwise on the sign-up form. Should you wish to discontinue receiving emails from us, you can unsubscribe by choosing the link at the bottom of the email for "opting out" or you can send an email to [email protected].

Text Messaging

By signing up your mobile phone number to any of our text messaging services, you are providing us with permission to text you with the information you requested.  You are also providing us with permission to share your mobile phone number with limited trusted affiliates.  For example, should you text to receive a discount to shop at a retail boating store, your phone number may be shared with that sponsoring company. Your mobile phone number will never be sold or traded to any other outside parties.  Should you wish to discontinue receiving text messages from us, you can reply with a text of the word 'stop' at any time.  You can also send us an email at [email protected].

Sweepstakes, Contests, and Prize Giveaways

All sweepstakes, contests, and prize giveaways are open to residents of the United States of America or Canada unless otherwise stated by the individual giveaway. Entrants must be 18 years old or older to be eligible to win unless otherwise stated by the individual giveaway. The odds of winning a prize are based on the number of entries received. One prize per person annually. Duplicate entries into the same giveaway will not be accepted. Entrant's phone number or email, as stated by the giveaway, must be active at the time of winner selection in order to be eligible to win.

By entering to win any contest or giveaway, entrant (you) agrees to allow Kyle Media, Inc. to send the entered email address both a monthly email regarding our online magazine availability and our weekly newsletter. Please refer to the "Emails" section above for further instruction regarding our Email policy.

Should you be selected as the winner, you agree to allow Kyle Media, Inc. to release minimal details about you to the public (usually only first name and city/state).  A list of winners can be provided by request via email at [email protected].

Kyle Media, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the products given away within our giveaways. Furthermore, Kyle Media, Inc. can not control the use of any private information you supply once transferred outside of our website.
