Backed by America's Boating Club, they also produce America's Boating Compass, which creates a monthly newsletter and provides basic boating knowledge.
Discover Boating is a national campaign aimed at helping people begin their boating lifestyle. It's full of great 'beginner level' information and contains a wealth of knowledge.
You can find video on How To Tie Knots here, and other "How To" videos in Great Lakes Scuttlebutt's own video gallery.
