The “Boat Show at Dow Diamond”

Make waves for family fun March 2-4th at Dow Diamond

Published: Tuesday, February 27, 2018

The “Boat Show at Dow Diamond” comes ashore again this year at the Loon’s stadium known as Dow Diamond on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 2, 3 and 4th, 2018.

The “Boat Show at Dow Diamond” will be exhibiting close to 40 watercraft from 5 area dealers and exhibitors indoors in the heated, covered concourse of the Loons stadium. There will be sport boats, fishing boats and pontoons all at special Boat Show prices..

In addition to seeing the latest improvements and features, attendees can also see the latest gear, accessories, electronics, dock and sea wall applications and get the most up-to-date marine information. The show will showcase the newest styles and innovations from area boat dealers including Skipper Buds, Stryker’s Lakeside Marine, Sugar Springs Marine, Linwood Beach Marina, Lakeside Services, Mads Outdoor Products, Colonville Canvas and Dockside Services.

In addition to the advantage of one stop shopping, area dealers will have financing available should anyone decide to venture onto the Great Lakes or one of the 10,000 inland lakes in Michigan. “From fishing boats to ski boats, to the family friendly pontoon boat for the cottage, there should be something of interest for most boaters,” said Stephanie Aldrich, who is organizing the show. “Nothing compares to time spent on the water with friends and family and nothing compares with Michigan summers as well. Michigan is the number one state in boat registrations in the country, is it any wonder how the boating industry can add to the economic make-up of the communities that have proximity to the water.”

Also, this year The Saginaw Bay Power Squadron will be there to inform and educate about safe boating practices.
