KONG Coolers, an American manufacturer of rugged, rotomolded coolers, will support veterans throughout the month of May.
For each KONG Cooler sold now through May 31, Elkhart Plastics Inc., KONG’s parent company, will donate $10 to a veterans hospital near its five United States manufacturing facilities, including:
- Ridgefield, Wash. – VA Portland Health Care System
- Littleton, Colo. – VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System
- Elkhart, South Bend, and Middlebury, Ind. – VA Northern Indiana Health Care System
“Elkhart Plastics, Inc. and KONG Coolers are American companies with American ideals,” said Jack Welter, President and CEO of Elkhart Plastics, Inc. “There’s nothing more American than supporting those who have served in the United States military and protected our freedoms.
“We wanted to come up with a way to thank our veterans and allow our customers to express their gratitude as well,” Welter said.
Elkhart Plastics, Inc. and KONG Coolers are proud to give back to heroes from all branches of the military and are thankful for their dedication and service.
