B & E Marine Becomes Authorized Dealer for Meridian Yachts

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Meridian Yachts is pleased to announce B & E Marine as its newest addition to its industry-leading network of dealer representatives. B & E Marine represents an incremental geographic market for Meridian, expanding the sales and service network for current and prospective customers alike.

"We're thrilled to be adding a dealer of this caliber to our existing network of dealer-partners. B & E Marine is an icon in the marine industry, and has a long history with Sea Ray Group and Brunswick. They'll be a phenomenal ambassador for the Meridian brand," said Rob Parmentier, president of Sea Ray Group.

The addition of B & E Marine is even more significant, Parmentier said, given a negative, credit-driven trend in the yacht segment toward "regional showrooms" in lieu of community dealers that keep boats in stock.

"There is no doubt that our customers are better served by having a knowledgeable local dealer able to stock, sell, and service Meridian Yachts," added Brad Peer, sales manager for North America.
