AkzoNobel’s Interlux® Pre-Thickened Epoxy Filler Kits Sweep 2016 Practical Sailor Editors’ Choice Awards

AkzoNobel’s Interlux® Watertite®, Interfill® 830 and Interfill® 833 pre-thickened epoxy filler kits have received a 2016 Editors’ Choice Award from Practical Sailor magazine.
According to PS, “By the time the sanding dust had settled in our tests, Interlux had swept the field, earning the maker’s three pre-thickened kits a place on our Editors’ Choice list. Interlux’s Watertite, Interfill 830 and Interfill 833 epoxy fillers each stood out in testing."
Watertite®
Watertite® is a 2-part, easy to use epoxy compound for filling holes and repairing scratches in gelcoat and fiberglass above and below the waterline. It has a long easy-to-sand window and can be applied to a thickness of 3/4" without sagging. Its superior spreadability makes it an ideal glazing compound for filling small nicks and scratches.
Interfill® 830
Interfill 830 is a lightweight epoxy profiling fairing compound designed for use by professional applicators. It is available in both standard and fast cure versions, to provide maximum flexibility for application in a variety of conditions. Whether it is used to reshape or repair a keel or beautify a superyacht construction, Interfill 830 offers superior quality, long-term performance.
Interfill® 833
Easy to apply and sand, Interfill 833 is an epoxy finishing filler for professional use. It is available in standard and fast cure versions to provide maximum flexibility for application in a variety of conditions.
Interfill 833 should be applied over cured, sanded epoxy fillers such as Interfill 830. The color (green) contrasts with the grey color of Interfill 830.
