The Inter-Lake Yachting Association extends an invitation to join us for our 125th Regatta this August at Put-in-Bay, OH. The events begin August 1st and 2nd with deepwater sail racing from Cleveland, Detroit, Sandusky, and Toledo. Races finish at the island sometime on Thursday, August 2 — depending upon wind. That afternoon, the 125th Sail Regatta will kick off with opening ceremonies and food and beverages in the tent. Around the island races will take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with additional races pending wind conditions. In addition to PHRF, JAM, and Cruising courses, there is also a Centerboard Course which will run a dedicated start for any class with at least five boats. The Notice of Race and Registration can be found on Yacht Scoring. 2018 registration fees will remain at 2017 rates until July 5, so register early for the discount.

On Wednesday, August 8, the Power Regatta and Junior Power Regatta kick off with dockage available at noon. Opening ceremonies, games, and food and beverage follow. Regatta events including docking, chicane, flying mile, and predictive log. The Junior Power Regatta includes safe boating, navigation, weather prediction, and fishing. The event also includes softball, volleyball, putt-putt, and golf for those who are competitive on shore as well as on the water.
