Since 2002, NAUTICSTAR boats have been designed and constructed to last and deliver nothing short of a wood-free, superior build quality that gives all types of committed boaters confidence to tackle any adventure in comfort and style. From navigating over offshore waters to cruising through a shallow bay, the NAUTICSTAR fleet is capable of the challenge and ready for the job. With various models built within the Bay, Deck, Hybrid, and Offshore series of boats, there is a NAUTICSTAR built for everyone.
Bay Boats
NAUTICSTAR constructs the industry’s best-built bay boats in their 200,000-square-foot factory in Amory, Mississippi.
The Bay boat’s ability to get on plane quickly and break through the chop guarantee a smooth ride each time on the water. Engineered to get the boat to plane in 3.5 seconds, NAUTICSTAR’s aft planing surface combined with a balanced boat promises to get you where you’re going fast.
Bay boats have a variable deadrise hull that provides lift to the boat at speed. NAUTICSTAR’s team of engineers form the planing hull long before a mold is prepped to ensure the boat rises up to glide on top of the water instead of plowing through it.
A sharp 50-degree entry deadrise provides a smooth ride even when the elements create a rough commute. NAUTICSTAR applies an above-average deadrise with a solid beam width so Bay boats can carve through shallow waters with stability.
A shallow draft determines whether or not your boat will get you to where you need to go without snagging the bottom or roughing up the hull on debris in shallow water. Bay boats are built with a 13-degree transom deadrise to allow the boat to draft in as little as 11 inches of water. This creates a surface for the Bay to plane quickly, stay on plane, and remain on plane.
Deck Boats

The team of engineers created a multi-purpose design allowing Deck boats to participate in a wide range of on-water activities. Each model incorporates thoughtful floorplans, modern color and design options plus a lightweight and solid hull and deck to make it easy for owners to trailer and launch their boat.
Characterized by their wide bow and wide beam, the Deck boats offer spacious seating configurations to fit up to 12 passengers and a deep-v hull design to perform how you need it. A honeycomb core material in each boat deck allows them to be light yet still stiff so the boat performs well and longer.
Coosa Composites material is a closed-cell foam reinforced with fiberglass to help with structural stiffness and it has strong bonding properties to other materials. It’s durable, lightweight, and nonabsorbent so your boat outlasts each adventure you take it on.
A hands-on, manual build process allows the NAUTICSTAR engineering team to inspect every step of the build process and take no shortcuts. This rings true from the Aqua-Steel used as reinforcement in select areas for screw retention to the high-quality, bronze thru-hull fittings and seacocks that reinforce the hull and ensure that water only goes where you need it.
Hybrid Boats

NAUTICSTAR’s Hybrid series was founded upon the limits set on the boating experience when choosing between a Bay or center console boat. NAUTICSTAR engineers rose to the challenge and built a boat that truly is the perfect package for serious fishing and family entertainment.
Hybrid boats have the unique ability to plane quickly in shallow water and break through chop in rougher seas. This versatility is accomplished through thoughtful, sharp angles on the deadrise at entry and an intentionally designed aft planing surface.
The durability of a Hybrid boat materializes during the assembly of the hull, deck and stringer. The three are bonded together creating one cohesive unit and a bond stronger than the boat’s fiberglass itself.
A hands-on process is used to test and inspect each build. Every boat is run through a custom built test tank to ensure every single component – including electronics – is in working order. NAUTICSTAR’s manual quality control process ensures each Hybrid boat is primed and ready to live up to every challenge.
NAUTICSTAR builds Hybrid boats with center-console fishability, enough free board so riders feel like they are in the boat and not on it, and seating packages to fit more passengers. A flat bow increases space for casting and room for a trolling motor while the stern allows for an optional ski tow bar to entertain riders with different interests. And with options for additional rod holders, livewells and storage, a Hybrid can be customized to any type of boater’s dream.
Offshore Boats

NAUTICSTAR Offshore models offer superior comfort, handling, and reliability for the most ideal day on the water. With the industry’s driest ride and angler amenities, NAUTICSTAR delivers a capable center console that can be configured for hardcore fishing or leisurely outings.
The Offshore owner is looking for a durable hull that can withstand the longest days and toughest conditions. NAUTICSTAR’s construction process is second-to-none thanks to perfected designs and operations by a team of experienced engineers.
NAUTICSTAR’s partners build components specifically for each boat, to ensure a custom fit rather than utilizing generic parts. This includes T-tops, ski tow bars, and leaning posts.
Each hull, deck, and stringer on an Offshore boat is bonded together using structural adhesives. To protect against leaks at any thru-hull connections, double hose clamps are installed at all entry points adding to the lifespan of the boat keeping it on the water longer.
Each boat is filled with extra foam to dampen vibrations for riders’ comfort when the boat is cutting through harsh conditions. Additional aft and bow seating, telescoping backrests, and a wider helm for two captains are included when you select the Legacy package on an Offshore boat. From start to finish, the construction of an Offshore boat anticipates everything you need for an optimal, comfortable, and worry-free offshore adventure.
