At Nightowl Flashlights, our goal is to bring you the best in personal protection LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting products at an affordable price.

Presently there is a global green technology revolution underway utilizing LED lights. This has transformed flashlight design and technology. The primary advantage of using a flashlight with LED light bulbs over conventional incandescent bulbs is simply longer bulb life and less battery drain. LEDs can last over 100,000 hours. This is an average of 100 times longer than most conventional bulbs. LEDs use an average of 10 times less power and put out a much brighter light even when batteries are nearly flat. Incandescent bulbs are prone to breakage since they have filaments and can burn out while LEDs are virtually indestructible. LEDs are essentially micro chips which can be programmed to perform multiple functions. LEDs are the future of flashlights.

New for 2011: Nightowl LED Flashlights recently exhibited their new line of Marine Grade Flashlights. The flashlights are made of aircraft grade anodized aluminum and are shock proof and waterproof. These ultra light weight LEDs can produce an amazingly bright light that can illuminate a channel marker for up to 1,000 ft. The lights can even be switched to a night vision mode for map & chart reading.
