Kanberra Gel®, Kanberra Spray® and Kanberra Wipes® recently received certification from the
Australian Tea Tree Industry Association (ATTIA) verifying the products are made with Pure
Australian Tea Tree Oil (PATTO). ATTIA is the Australian government approved industry body
supporting the tea tree oil industry to enhance the production and uses of TTO. The certification
means Kanberra is officially sanctioned to promote its full portfolio of products as containing
pure Australian TTO. Kanberra products were the first water-based, alcohol-free air purifiers and
surface cleaners to use PATTO and the company continues to utilize that standard for all of its

"This important certification further separates Kanberra products – the first to introduce our
blend of airborne TTO – from other competitors and imitators on the market," said Joel Solly,
company president and CEO. "Users can purchase Kanberra products in confidence knowing
that they are receiving an all natural, water-based and alcohol-free product with the finest
ingredients including PATTO."

Now sold internationally, Kanberra products take the antimicrobial and antifungal properties of
TTO airborne. Kanberra products feature 100% natural ingredients with no chemicals or
synthetic perfumes, and are safe around children and pets. Unlike other products, Kanberra
products do not mask odors, but rather attack the odors at their source, degrading mold, fungus
and bacteria to eliminate odors naturally. A growing list of uses for the products includes home,
auto, boat, RV, pets, college dorm rooms, hotel rooms, and many more.

The ATTIA has reported a growing number of products in industries such as health and beauty,
housewares and other consumer goods are using adulterated TTO – sometimes called
synthetic or nature identical – and promoting it as pure. Such products, increasingly found in
world markets, use a mix of unknown chemicals from unidentified sources. Most often, no safety
or efficacy testing is done on these mixtures.

PATTO, on the other hand, must conform to International Standard ISO 4730 (2004) and
Australian Standard AS 2782-2009. Kanberra's certification enables the company to carry the
ATTIA logo on its labels to assure consumers the products are made with PATTO.

"We are committed to preserving the integrity of Kanberra products by using only pure
Australian TTO, just as we have since our company was first founded," concluded Joel Solly.
"Our customers can always trust that the proven anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antiviral
properties of pure TTO are at work in every Kanberra product."
