The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), announced today the location and details of its 2019 industry and international pavilions. This year’s pavilions include the Marina & Yard on the first floor of the Tampa Convention Center; and on the third floor the Compliance, Standards, and Education;
