The Chicago Scene Boat Party is the most talked about power boating event of the summer. Each year 500 to 1000 boats tie up with over 10,000 attendees. All of the boats are privately owned by some of Chicago’s most prominent, successful professionals. The “A” List of Chicago comes out every year to party. The most beautiful boats and people come out to celebrate, all set in front of and incredible Chicago skyline.
The Chicago Scene Boat Party has been featured in; the New York Times, Chicago Magazine’s Annual “Best of Chicago” list, a cover story in Motor Boating Magazine, the Chicago Sun-Times “A Floating Mardi Gras”. As such, we expect the upcoming party to even further exceed our expectations.
Boats come from all over southern Lake Michigan and people fly in from all over the country to attend this amazing event.
This party is the most incredible event ever to occur on Lake Michigan. Chicago’s top DJ’s spin the hottest music as people dance and party all day long. Boats will be flying the official Chicago Scene Boat Party flag again this year.

This year’s event will include an in water Boat Show, as part of the boat party in a designated area as well as a boat show the next day at 31St Street harbor. We will have lots of new and used boats on display for all to see and purchase.
