ALL-NEW “BOATING EXPERIENCE” PAVILION
A special theme center boasting a variety of exhibits and activities for boaters and wannabes of all ages! Take the helm on the of the U.S. Power Squadron’s power boat simulator; climb onto the kayak and rowing scull in the Cleveland Metroparks area; learn how to cast fishing lines from a runabout, pontoon boat or sailboat; try to tie-off and properly place spring lines on a boat; kids can build their own model sailboat; all highlighted by the popular Capt. Willie’s Pirate Show, and much more.

Plus, the Pavilion is manned by ‘Boating Ambassadors’ from the Power Squadrons, Great Lakes Cruising Club, Coast Guard Auxiliary, and other major boating clubs. Experienced in all boating types and venues throughout Ohio and the Great Lakes, they’ll help answer questions about dealers, marinas, restaurants, resorts, clubs, boating techniques, and equipment.

EXCITING NEW METROPARKS EXHIBIT
It’s a centennial celebration for the Cleveland Metroparks with a large interactive exhibit offering a variety of “experiences”. The Metropark’s “elCee2” Water Taxi will be center stage and open for boarding. Meet the Captains, too. Kids will “fish” from the boat for magnetic fish and win small Metroparks trinkets and prizes. See the new sailboat slated for Metroparks’ new Sailing Program and inspect the Metroparks Argo Amphibious Off-road Vehicle; enjoy 2 special cooking demos titled: “Lakefront Eats with Cleveland Metroparks” highlighting dishes from the various lakefront restaurants in the Metroparks and much more.
