Family Business, Spring Brook Marina Sold to Kyle Stenzel

A Message To All of the Loyal Spring Brook Supporters

Spring Brook Marina is a very special place for all of us. It’s filled with fun family boating memories, and none more special than to Jim Thorpe and his family. They put their life into building one of the finest marine facilities in the Midwest and one of the leading boat dealerships in the country. After 56 years behind the helm of Spring Brook, Jim Thorpe and his family have decided to pass on that longstanding heritage of great customer service and success and I couldn’t be more honored to take on the role.

In my 15 year tenure here, I’ve learned so much about the marine business from a true icon in the industry and plan to continue to follow those core values that Jim has preached. While our staff and core values won’t change, we do have big plans for some major changes to the marina. It’s time for a facelift and, over the next 48 months, you will begin to see some exciting changes.

Our sales department will continue to offer premium yachts from Prestige, Jeanneau, and Fairline, as well as always offering the latest and greatest products. Our presence in the Great Lakes region and area boat shows will only increase, and our clients’ service experience will be enhanced even more as we fine tune our processes and procedures to help ensure we provide the very best service in the marine industry. Our main goal is to ensure you and your family have a great boating experience, from the start of the purchase to your daily operation — we can handle it all.

I look forward to the future and making the necessary improvements to ensure Spring Brook is the “go-to” harbor on the river while continuing to be an industry leader in boat sales from 20’ – 80’. I also really appreciate you, your continued support, and your patronage. We are here to serve your needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Kevin, Tammy, or me if you have any questions or thoughts you would like to share. To show we are committed to updating SBM, we are pleased to announce our updated logo as our first official step in the process. One of many that will lead Spring Brook into the next generation!

                                                                                    Sincerely,
                                                                                    Kyle Stenzel
