52nd Antique Boat Show in Clayton

Thinking of going to the 2016 Antique Boat Show & Auction in Clayton? Here's the preliminary schedule to help you plan your weekend.

Thursday August 4

8:30-5:00- Registration check-in, launching boats for exhibitors and vendor set-up (Corner of Mary St. & Alexandria St.)
9:00-5:00- ABM open for visitors: row a skiff, take a boat ride, explore the exhibits!
9:00-12:00- Lou Smith Library open for visitors
3:00-4:00- Cruise for Exhibitors and Vendors: pre-registration required, call ABM Concierge 315-686-4104 x221, eligible passengers for ABM boats during cruise are 2016 exhibitors and vendors ONLY
3:00-5:00- Doebler Storage Facility open for visitors (East Line Rd.)
5:45-6:45- Welcome Reception for Exhibitors & Vendors on Gaffney Porch Appetizers, beer/wine, music

Friday August 5

9:00-5:00- Boat Show open to public
9:00-2:00- Late arrivals registration check-in for exhibitors and vendors
9:30-5:00- Row a skiff! Skiff Livery located beyond McNally Yacht House
9:30-4:30- Children's crafts and games
10:00-12:00- La Duchesse open for walk-through tours
1:00-4:00- Lou Smith Library open for visitors
2:00-4:00- La Duchesse open for walk-through tours
3:00-5:00- Doebler Storage Facility open for visitors (East Line Rd.)
4:00- Forum: Chief Judge Brian Gagnon reviews judging procedures - Hosted in Cox Theatre
5:30-8:30- *Picnic Dinner Cruise at Rock Island Lighthouse for members of Niagara-Frontier ACBS & Dispro Owners Association (pre-registration required)

Saturday August 6

8:00- Judges meeting and start of judging process
9:00-5:00- Boat Show open to public
9:00-12:00- *Youth Judging sponsored by Hagerty
9:00-12:00- Lou Smith Library open for visitors
9:30-5:00- Row a skiff! Skiff Livery located beyond McNally Yacht House
9:30-4:30- Children's crafts and games
10:00-12:00- La Duchesse open for walk-through tours
11:00-1:00- Author Meet & Greet, Bowline Boutique
11:30-1:30- Friends of the Museum Luncheon on Gaffney Porch
1:00-4:00- Antique Boat Auction conducted by Antique Boat America (1-800-675-4089)
2:00-4:00- La Duchesse open for walk-through tours
5:30-6:00- Reception for exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers - appetizers and cash bar
6:00-7:30- *Boat Show Dinner - Catered by the Clipper Inn, cash bar
8:00-10:00- Retro Block Dance featuring The Bad Husbands Club, cash bar/no admission fee

Sunday August 7

9:00-12:00- Boat Show open to public
9:30-2:00- Children's crafts and games
9:30-5:00- Row a skiff! Skiff Livery beyond McNally Yacht House
10:00- *Brunch - Catered by the Clipper Inn
10:00- 11:30- Friends of the Museum Brunch (served at Main Tent, seating at Main Tent or Gaffney Porch)
10:00-12:00- La Duchesse open for walk-through tours
10:30-11:30- Awards Program hosted in Main Tent (brunch ticket not required)
11:30- Parade Meeting: ABM captains review parade route/procedures, held in Main Tent
12:00- Grand Parade from ABM to downtown Clayton waterfront

Show concludes at end of parade, exhibitors/vendors can pack and depart, campus open until 5
*Activity requires pre-registration and/or purchase of tickets
