Currently, the largest available lift in the product line is a yacht lift capable of lifting 90 tons. It has a direct drive, four-motor remote control, and limit switch; as well as aluminum grooved cable winder sleeves, stainless steel cables and hardware, and twin l-beam top carrier beams. The construction of the lift is welded throughout, fully aluminum, using 6061-T6 marine-grade aluminum. The pulleys are also aluminum, with greaseable stainless steel axle bolts. This attention to detail and quality is the same that goes into all of our lifts, from our 1500lb PWL to the 90ton lifts.
Growing in popularity is the Launch Pad Lift: Hi-Tide’s next generation of boatlifts to improve today’s boating lifestyle. This new floating boat lift design offers portability and expandability. The Launch Pad Lift has a frame system that is designed around common trailer hardware; it is easily adaptable for a variety of bunk systems. There are no metal parts below the waterline, eliminating corrosion and the need for maintenance. The float tanks are made of plastic — one-fourth inch think polyethylene floats that do not require anti-fouling paint. The Launch Pad can “grow” with the customer by adding more tanks as necessary. This modular approach also makes for easy on site-assembly and disassembly; all that is needed is two people, simple hand tools, and an afternoon. Once disassembled, the tanks will stack on one another to save space during transport and storage. Pilings are not necessary because the lift can be tied off to an existing dock, or stand alone at the mooring. The Launch Pad Lift has features and options not found on any boat lifts currently on the market.
