Recreational Boating's Busiest Traffic Day of the Year

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30, 2009 - Boat Owners Association of The United States (BoatU.S.) has surveyed its nationwide towboat fleet and reveals its recommendations for boaters on how to stay out of trouble when viewing crowded July 4th Fireworks displays.
